- Some working experience in customer services or clerical is an advantage
Job requirements:
- Associate Degree holder or above
- Possess Some working experience in related to Customer Services OR Clerical is an advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Presentable, self-motivated, self-initiative and eager to communicate
- Good computer skills and knowledge in the application of MS-Word, Excel and Chinese Word-Processing, etc
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties and clerical support including data input and file archiving
- Handle phone call and answer enquiries
- Manage company’s social account including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.
- Assist in other ad hoc duties
