Job requirements:
- A degree holder or equivalent, preferably majoring in Fine Arts, Art Education, Cultural Studies or related subjects;
- DSE – English and Chinese – Level 2
- At least two years of full-time working experience in art project management preferably worked in museums, galleries or art institutions;
- preferably possess photo editing and elementary video editing skills;
- be proficient in using online media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) and electronic devices;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word-processing
- Immediately Available is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- To assist in managing and coordinating exhibitions and programmes organised by the Museum;
- To assist in organizing, managing and supervising of events, lectures and workshops, as well as social media activities;
- To assist in the promotion and publicity of the programmes ;
- To assist in the management and research of the museum collections and related projects
- To assist the research, copywriting, editing, translation and other administrative work of the museum; and
- To perform any ad hoc/other duties as required
