Job requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in any disciplines
  •  At least 10 yrs. experience in HR managerial grade in MNC, Listed Company or other sizable organization
  • Solid experience of regional recruiting, preferably in Manufacturing, IT Products, High-technology fields
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment & admissions processes for regional office
  • Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels to support business needs
  • Excellent negotiation skills and communication with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to travel oversea
