Job requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least ten months full-time working experience in handling and processing of motion picture collection records in archives, libraries or museum related fields
- Proficiency in MS word, Excel, Chinese and English data entry
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, be able to speak fluent Cantonese
Job duties:
- To assist in the management of motion picture films and digital moving images collections
- To maintain the collection records and conservation records of motion picture films and digital moving images, including the management of the computerized collections management systems data
- To provide supporting services in the development and enhancement of the computerized collections management systems
- To assist in the coordination of motion picture film and digital moving images collections relocation during store maintenance and renovation work
- To coordinate the stocktaking of motion picture film and digital moving images collections
