Job requirements:
- Degree holder or above, preferably majoring in Fine Arts, Art History, Art Education, Cultural Studies, Cultural Management, Language and Translation, History or related subjects
- Level 5 or above in English Language and Chinese Language of HKDSE, or equivalent
- At least one year of full-time working experience in museums, universities, galleries or art institutions
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Preferably possess photo editing and elementary video editing skills
- Proficient in using online social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) and electronic devices
- Speak native Cantonese and fluent English and Putonghua, excellent command of written Chinese and English
Responsibilities:
- To assist in managing and coordinating programmes and projects
- To assist in organising, managing and supervising events, lectures and workshops, as well as social media activities
- To assist in the promotion and publicity of exhibitions and related projects
- To assist in the management and research of the museum collections and loan-in exhibits
- To assist in the research, copywriting, editing, translation and other administrative work
- To perform any ad hoc/ other duties as required
