Job requirements:
- Either graduates from a University in Hong Kong or equivalent majoring with experiences in programme marketing, event management, customer service or hospitality (cultural events, design projects or exhibition preferred);
- OR diploma holders from HKAPA or equivalent with knowledge in event management, film production and/or backstage experiences
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop or editorial experience is an advantage
- Have interest in performing arts or technical knowledge in lighting, sound or stage management is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Responsibilities:
- To assist in marketing and promotional activities
- To take up reception duties, of artists and guests, handle the related logistic and hospitality arrangements
- To assist in adapting simple design work
- To assist in editorial and research work
- To assist in basic set up of reception and greetings to audience members
- To assist in photo-taking and video-recording duties for extension activities
- To assist in replenishing festival materials (including publicity and programme related materials) and maintaining storage tidiness when necessary and as required
- To perform other duties as assigned
