- Monday to Friday Normal Working Hour
- Level 2/ Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese and English in HKDSE or HKCEE
- 1 yrs. of work experience in customer services/ building management of the Government Buildings/ Venues
Job requirements:
- Have Level 2/ Grade E or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE or HKCEE, or equivalent
- Have at least one year’s full-time relevant working experiences in the customer services/ building management of the Government Buildings/ Venues
- Have good computer knowledge including proficiency of MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word-processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Responsibilities:
- To assist in the front-of-house operations like film screenings, exhibitions, seminars, talks, location filming, opening ceremonies and reception for thematic exhibitions
- To assist in building improvement works including coordination of maintenance and improvement works of various facilities and equipment and various off-site stores, coordination of contractual security and cleansing services
- To provide administrative and logistic support including but not limited to compilation of various statistical data, preparation, stock-taking and update the records of publications, souvenirs, equipment and inventory
- To assist in the procurement of equipment commonly used by different units and to provide customer services for patrons and hires as well as handling public enquiries or complaints
