- Degree Holder with 3 yrs+ Website/ Apps Design
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in Creative Media, Multimedia Design or related disciplines
- At least 3 years exp. in web programming and/or graphic design or related field
- Proficient in WCMS with knowledge in HTML5, JavaScript, WordPress plugin and/or CSS
- Adept at using softwares of graphic design and video editing such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Final Cut Pro
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
Responsibilities:
- Create new webpages for latest screening programmes and exhibitions and monthly event calendars covering department’s and hires’ events
- Prepare and edit still images for website
- Prepare the webpages in 3 versions: HTML English version/ HTML Traditional Chinese version/HTML Simplified Chinese version
- Prepare and update programme-related contents for the digital kiosks
- Prepare contents for department’s social media platforms, e-news and annual reports
- Work with other service providers to ensure that any updating of the website
- Coordinate with various parties within and outside the Government including Information Technology Office (IT Office), various third party contractors, Internet Service Providers, etc., for supporting the live-streaming of seminars/post-screening talks, virtual exhibitions, maintenance of department’s website and the e-registration system of event tickets
- Liaise with the Hong Kong Memory project team for maintaining, updating the website of Hong Kong Memory project which includes reviewing its design and layout and proofreading the texts of the website
