- 3 yrs. of work experience in venue/ programme/ facility management
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder or above
- At least 3 years of post-qualification full-time work experience in venue management/ facility management for premises, museums or international conference, exhibition centres in Hong Kong; or contract management/ procurement & sourcing for sizable companies or organisations; or in programme management in performing arts/ cultural programme offices, with at least 2 years experiences in frontline supervisory/ assistant project management
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in application of MS Office
- Have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities:
- To ensure proper maintenance and liaise with other departments and contractors in carrying out day-to-day and ad hoc maintenance and repair work
- To assist in preparation of different procurement to facilitate the smooth operation of the sub-unit
- To make suggestions and follow up on additions, alternations and improvements to the building and the facilities therein to upkeep the service standard meeting with hirers’ requirements, especially on the special project on facilities upgrade for the venue
- To perform any other duties assigned by senior officers
