Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder, major in Film/Television Studies, Media/Communication Studies, Fine Arts, Media Arts will be an advantage
- At least 1 year full time work experience in galleries or cultural sector
- Working Experience in Museum and Archive
- Knowledge and experience in handling artefacts, fabrication, exhibition design, project/exhibition coordination, preferably in arts or cultural sectors, esp film industry is preferred
- Able to use Photoshop and Illustrator of other equivalent professional softwares for drafting floor plan for the thematic exhibition
- Experience in drafting floor plan for exhibition
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere and Chinese and English data entry
- Good command in Chinese in English
Responsibilities:
- To support selection of artefacts for exhibitions, such as transportation of artefacts, communications with donors and storage checking
- To assist in clearing copyright, loaning and returning of exhibits, to communicate with conservators to conduct artefact inspection, liaising with film companies, designers, fabricator, video artists, etc
- To research on paper, audio-visual materials and artefacts related to exhibitions and to write up text for exhibitions and publications including editing and proofreading
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
