Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder, major in Film/Television Studies, Media/Communication Studies, Fine Arts, Media Arts will be an advantage
- At least 4 years full time working experience in film companies, film festivals or cultural sectors such as textual, music, television, publishing, crafts and design
- Working Experience in Museum or Archive or Film Festival
- Knowledge and experience in handling film and paper based materials and magnetic formats
- Experience in using Premiere or other equivalent professional softwares for film/trailer editing
- Experience in organizing online live event
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere and Chinese and English data entry
- Good command in Chinese in English
Responsibilities:
- To provide logistics support to the regular screenings, including packing/unpacking and loaning/returning of screening and publicity materials
- To assist in print sourcing, clearing copyright; preparing license agreement, handling print loan, film traffic and coordination with Conservation unit to check screening materials
- To prepare text and image for print collateral and internet display in ticketing setup process by coordinating with web master, designer, writer and translator
- To offer supervision to the work of the Technical Assistant
- To assist in the educational and extension activities such as Outreach Programmes for Schools and Elderly Centres
- To check and proof-read all the publicity materials
- To act as moderator of the post-talks, seminars and online programmes
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors
