Job requirements:
- Associate Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- 1-year IT support experience
- Knowledge of MS-Access, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Chinese Word-processing
- Hands-on experience in PC problem diagnosis and end-user supportt
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support and helpdesk to the department
- Manage the data inventory
- Perform regular tasks for computer operations and IT operation tasks
- Handle maintenance activities for various IT system and devices
- Perform ad hoc data updates
