Operation and Admin. Assistant (Part-time)

  • Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
  • Mon – Fri : a) 9:30m to 6:30pm OR b) 9:30am to 12:30pm OR c) 2:00pm to 18:00pm ** Flexible Working Hours : Monday to Friday**
  • Some working experience in customer services or clerical is an advantage

Job requirements:

  • Associate Degree holder or above
  • Possess Some working experience in related to Customer Services OR Clerical is an advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Presentable, self-motivated, self-initiative and eager to communicate
  • Good computer skills and knowledge in the application of MS-Word, Excel and Chinese Word-Processing, etc

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties and clerical support including data input and file archiving
  • Handle phone call and answer enquiries
  • Manage company’s social account including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.
  • Assist in other ad hoc duties
