Job requirements:
- Degree holder or above in any disciplines
- At least 10 yrs. experience in HR managerial grade in MNC, Listed Company or other sizable organization
- Solid experience of regional recruiting, preferably in Manufacturing, IT Products, High-technology fields
- Manage the full cycle recruitment & admissions processes for regional office
- Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels to support business needs
- Excellent negotiation skills and communication with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Willing to travel oversea
