Administrative Assistant (Permanent Position)

Job requirements:

  • Associate Degree or above
  • At 2 yr. working experience in HR OR Administration is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, independent and takes initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc…
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare correspondence and maintain filing system
  • Provide all-rounded administrative work and some HR duties to the daily operations of the Hong Kong office.
  • Conduct procurement, maintenance and repairing of office equipment, office supplies and consumables
  • Dealing with internal department and oversea office of business matters
