Responsibilities:
- Prepare correspondence and maintain filing system
- Provide all-rounded administrative work and some HR duties to the daily operations of the Hong Kong office.
- Conduct procurement, maintenance and repairing of office equipment, office supplies and consumables
- Dealing with internal department and oversea office of business matters
