- 1 year work experience in Programme /Event Management or Arts Administration
Job requirements:
- A Holder of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Have attained Level 4 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English and Language in HKDSEE
- OR
- Level 2/Grade E or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE
- At least 2 years of post-qualification full-time work experience including 1 year work experience in programme /event management or arts administration in Hong Kong
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills (including MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word-processing and adequate knowledge on computer)
Responsibilities:
- To act project assistant of film presentations by arranging the logistics of film prints and technical support, coordinating technical requirements and subtitling, liaising with artists/ contractors/ curators/ organisations/ venue management, preparing the reports and relevant statistics, and assessing the standards and merits of the presentations;
- To assist in promotion of film presentation, including preparation and distribution of publicity materials, supervising the design and production of posters, house-programmes, handouts, displays, banners and notice, internet and website promotion, and conducting liaison in respect of promotion and publicity;
- To assist in the compilation of information, research, sourcing of film prints and rights and keeping track of current programmes of activities of similar nature;
- To perform duties related to the general administration of the office; and
- To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors and senior officers
