- Normal Working Hours, 5 Day’s Work
- DSE/ HKCE – 5 Passed with English and Chinese – Level 2
- At least 2 yrs working exp in HKSAR OR 5 yrs working exp in clerical work
Job requirements:
- Form 6 or above
- Possess Level 2 or above in five subjects including Mathematics, Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE OR HKCE
- At least five year’s full time working experience in clerical support services
- Possess at least 2 years’ relevant working experience in Government
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing Immediately Available is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- To assist in the record management and maintain the filing system
- To perform typing duties by using ‘Word’ and ‘Excel’
- To input data for General Registry
- To consolidate returns and prepare reports
- To arrange booking of conference room and transport service to staff
- To assist in handling quotation documents and procurement matters
