- At least one yr exp. in TV OR film companies, libraries or cultural sectors
- Working experience in Museum or Archive is a must
Job requirements:
- Degree holder; major in Film/TV Studies, Media/Communication Studies, Fine Arts, Media Arts or equivalent subjects will be an advantage
- At least one-year full-time work experience in film or TV companies, libraries or cultural sectors (i.e. includes textual, music, television, and publishing, as well as crafts and design)
- Working experience in Museum or Archive is a must
- Knowledge and experience in handling film-based materials and magnetic formats is preferred
- Experience in using Premiere or other equivalent professional Softwares for film/trailer editing is a must
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS-Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately Available is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- To provide logistics support to the regular screenings, including packing/unpacking and loaning/returning of screening and publicity materials, liaise with film companies, designers, video artists and other parties/organizations for the programmes;
- To assist in print sourcing, clearing copyright; preparing license agreement, handling print loan, film traffic to check screening materials to conduct film/magnetic tape inspection, submitting reproduction form
- To prepare the text and image for print collateral and internet display in ticketing setup process by coordinating with webmaster, designer, writer and translator
- To assist in the educational and extension activities
- Attend to any other duties as assigned by supervisors
