Job requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Property / Real Estate / Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- At least 5 years’ experience in Leasing / Property / Real Estate Management
- Computer literacy in MS office
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
**Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager**
Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisor in leasing and property management, tenancy administration, agreement preparation and renewal negotiation
- Maintain strong relationship with tenants and handle their enquiries in timely manner
- Conduct market research and data analysis and compile reports
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
