Job requirements:
- Degree in shipping law or maritime / legal related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in handling Shipping / Marine / Forwarder/ Air Freight insurance, claims or law, preferably with complex claims management experience
- Retirees are also welcome
- Sound understanding of maritime law and regulations
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise on processes of Marine Logistics/ Forwarder claims
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders including insurers, adjusters, and legal professionals to ensure timely handling of claims and legal proceedings
- Provide support in loss prevention strategies and company-wide knowledge sharing
