Job requirements:
- Associate Degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Merchandising, or related subjects
- Fresh graduates are welcome, candidate with relevant experience will be an advantage
- Fluent in Cantonese, good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Responsibilities:
- Handle the logistic operation arrangement, e.g. I/E shipping document and order processing
- Prepare and issue invoice, packing list, and other shipping documents
- Liaise with external and internal parties to follow up order and shipment status
- Assist in database and inventory management to ensure accurate records
- Perform other logistic and administrative duties as assigned
