Customer Service Assistant (Tsim Sha Tsui ; LCSD)

Job Highlights:

  • Tsim Sha Tsui ; LCSD
  • 08:45-17:45/ 11:15-20:15/ 12:15-21:15 (On shift duty); 9 hrs/day (incl. 1-hr paid meal break)
  • Level 2/ Grade E in Chinese and English in HKDSE/ HKCE with 1 yr full-time exp.

Job requirements:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE – Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese and English, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year working experience, experience in reception or tour service is preferred
  • Knowledge in performing arts venue facilities
  • Have basic computer knowledge including Chinese Word-processing
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

Responsibilities:

  • To perform works related to public relations, customer service and clerical duties
  • To act as duty officer at the Enquiries Counter to answer public enquiries
  • To assist in market research and promotion work and meetings
  • To perform any other duties as assigned
