Job Highlights

  • Normal Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (including 1hr meal break)
  • Level 2/ Grade E in five subjects with 2 yrs full-time exp

Job requirements:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE – Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years full-time work experience; experience in venue facilities booking coordination and statistical compilation of performing arts venue, international exhibition and conference centres, art centres or museums in Hong Kong is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word-processing
  • Knowledge of computer database management and IT equipment maintenance is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify documents for senior officers to review the bi-yearly booking papers for minor facilities
  • Answer enquiries of hirers and general public regarding facilities hiring, refund and programme rescheduling
  • Prepare and issue correspondence in respect of facilities hiring services and rental refund
  • Assist in inputting hirers’ booking data into the computerised booking system, manage the database for regular hirers, and compiling information of booking applications and statistical returns on the usage of venue
  • Maintain an organised filing system for document and hiring information
  • Perform basic accounting tasks
  • Implement any other ad hoc/ general administrative duties as required by senior officers
