Booking Coordinator (LCSD; Sha Tin)

Job Highlights

  • Mon-Fri: 0900-1800 (including 1 hr lunch break) ; Sha Tin
  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year related working experience in customer services or office administartion support

Job requirements:

  • Have non-degree tertiary education with at least 1-year related work experience in customer services or office administration support or
  • Level 2 or above in five subject (including Chinese, English and Mathematics) in HKDSE with at least 3 years related work experience in customer services/office administration support; or
  • Completed Secondary 7 with at least 5 years related work experience in customer services or office administration support
  • Previous work experience in the public sector is an advantage
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attain typing speed of 30 wpm in English typing and 20 wpm in Chinese typing

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the booking counter of the Office
  • To answer to hirers’ enquiries concerning booking of facilities
  • To prepare written replies and written reminder to the hirers concerning accounts and booking matters
  • To coordinate with applicants on the programme content and details on the application forms
  • To manage the input and process of the application in Booking System
  • To prepare minutes for the ordinary booking, special booking and late booking
  • To control the log record of all incoming applications
  • To provide operational support on general administration
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers
