- At least 1 year related working experience in customer services or office administartion support
Job requirements:
- Have non-degree tertiary education with at least 1-year related work experience in customer services or office administration support or
- Level 2 or above in five subject (including Chinese, English and Mathematics) in HKDSE with at least 3 years related work experience in customer services/office administration support; or
- Completed Secondary 7 with at least 5 years related work experience in customer services or office administration support
- Previous work experience in the public sector is an advantage
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attain typing speed of 30 wpm in English typing and 20 wpm in Chinese typing
Responsibilities:
- To manage the booking counter of the Office
- To answer to hirers’ enquiries concerning booking of facilities
- To prepare written replies and written reminder to the hirers concerning accounts and booking matters
- To coordinate with applicants on the programme content and details on the application forms
- To manage the input and process of the application in Booking System
- To prepare minutes for the ordinary booking, special booking and late booking
- To control the log record of all incoming applications
- To provide operational support on general administration
- To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers
