Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification as administrative executive/secretary
- At least 3 years of secretarial experience in multinational company; Experience in supporting expatriates is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial, administrative, personal and business support
- Manage the schedules, including local appointments, meetings and travel and entertainment
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage projects and events
- Handle expenses claims and leave applications
- Maintain filing system
- Coordinate with internal, external and overseas parties
