Photographer and Videographer (Tsim Sha Tsui ; LCSD)

Job requirements:

Competed Secondary 5 education, or equivalent; and attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 5 standard;
Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Photography or related disciplines with at least 5 years relevant working experience; OR 15 years of solid photography/videography experience;
Having museum/art gallery digital photography and lighting is an advantage;
Solid experience in working in a studio environment; professional experience as photo or digital technician in a photography studio;
Solid experience with digital video shooting technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere Pro CC and After Effects);
High technical proficiency in Photoshop CC and related software;
Knowledge in colour management and soft proofing in RGB workflow;
Working knowledge of using large format camera (Hasselbad), PhaseOne and Broncolor systems;
Experience with digital asset and file management

Responsibilities:

To carry out studio photography and produce high quality images of Chinese antiquities, Chinese and Western paintings, sculpture, ceramic etc.;
To create imagery in studio and location for exhibitions and extension activities;
To carry out video and time lapse shooting and editing;
Responsible for photo calibration, editing and photo retouching;
To keep accurate shooting records and perform quality assurance on all images and videos;
To manage and maintain photographic and video archives;
To maintain efficient workflows for in-house design teams and curatorial staff to meet demanding requirements, fostering productive image output and;
To maintain photographic and audio visual equipment and photo studio
