- At least one year’s full time working experience in CS/ Property Management
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder from Hong Kong University or equivalent
- Level 3/ Grade E or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE/ HKCEE
- At least one year’s full-time working experience in customer service/ venue operation/ building/ facilities management field, preferably with experiences in local museums, galleries, cultural institutes, Government departments, facilities or property management companies
- Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is preferred
- Physically capable of inspecting work sites in both indoor and outdoor areas of the Museum
- Good knowledge in computer applications including Chinese word processing and using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
Responsibilities:
- To assist in monitoring and coordinating the building management works and projects of the Museum under the guidance of supervisors
- To assist supervisors in monitoring and ensuring efficient operation in building management project of the Museum and to enforce guidelines, regulations and instructions of the Museum
- To liaise with contractors and working parties for building maintenance, minor works, enhancement of services and to oversee the relevant services provided by them
- To maintain daily supervision and monitor maintenance services, cleansing services and security guard services
- To perform house management duties at exhibition galleries
- To perform shift duties and emergency duties and assist on ad-hoc tasks when required
