Job requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent discipline
- 2-3 years’ relevant merchandising or sales coordination experience in Food sector / FMCG, preferable in multi-national trading companies / retailer
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as junior position
Responsibilities:
- Follow up orders / shipment status and delivery schedule with oversea suppliers & customers to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate shipping documents, customs declaration and freight cost with suppliers for order delivery
- Maintain update and accurate information in Purchasing Order System and reconcile data across different systems
- Support Sourcing Manager and Supply Specialist on ad hoc projects
