Commercial Assistant/Supply Coordinator (Klb; Permanent Position)

  • EU buying office, 13th Month salary + Performance Bonus
  • 5-day work, Flex working hour, WFH option
  • 2-3 years’ relevant merchandising or sales coordination experience in Food sector / FMCG, preferable in multi-national trading companies / retailer       

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent discipline
  • 2-3 years’ relevant merchandising or sales coordination experience in Food sector / FMCG, preferable in multi-national trading companies / retailer
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered as junior position

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up orders / shipment status and delivery schedule with oversea suppliers & customers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate shipping documents, customs declaration and freight cost with suppliers for order delivery
  • Maintain update and accurate information in Purchasing Order System and reconcile data across different systems
  • Support Sourcing Manager and Supply Specialist on ad hoc projects
