Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably majoring Arts Administration
- Have at least 4 years of post-qualification full-time working experience, of which having at least 2 years of post-qualification full-time working experience of programme management and/or venue management in performance arts venue, museums or international conference and exhibition centres in Hong Kong
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
Responsibilities:
- To act as a coordinator for all events to be held at all hiring facilities
- To coordinate with other parties including government departments and property management office of the residential buildings nearby regarding the noise problem arising from the events to be held at the Plaza
- To act as a Subject Officer and liaise with hirers in provision of related services
- To coordinate with backstage team in provision of professional stage services to all hirers’ events and functions
- To act as Duty Manager monitoring the smooth venue operation and make sure the Terms & Conditions of Hire are properly observed and performed
- To manage the Front-of-House team during programmes to ensure proper running of all hirer’s events and functions
- To perform any other duties as required
