Job requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 1 year’s post-qualification working experience; experience relevant to license applications for guesthouse, accommodation or catering operations is preferred
- Chinese Language and English Language – Level 2 in HKDSE or HKCE or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Assist in liaison with relevant government departments and stakeholders on matters for the application and processing of license applications for guesthouse and catering business in remote countryside
- Provide facilitation to the trade in their license applications for guesthouse and catering businesses in remote countryside, examples of facilitation duties include handling telephone enquiries, conducting field surveys, site in sections, desk-bound research, etc.
- Co-ordinate and provide technical support for meetings, consolidate meeting materials, and prepare draft discussion summary
- Perform any other duties assigned by other officers
