Responsibilities:
- Receive and dispatch of documents
- Assist in delivering publicity materials and the hanging up of banners and publicity backdrops
- Assist in making photocopies of document
- Provide pantry services and conduct minor cleaning work
- Perform other indoor and outdoor manual labour work as assigned by senior officers
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and senior officers
- 負責外勤及內部文件傳遞工作,包括文件送遞、銀行入數等
- 負責一般辦公室行政工作,包括影印、掃瞄、存檔、文件釘裝、郵寄等
- 協助處理一般辦公室雜務, 包括安排辦公室設備、搬運物資等

- 履行上司所委派的其他工作事項
