Job requirements:
- Form 5 or above, or equivalent;
- Possess one year relevant working experience in customer services; relevant experience in public sector or cultural services is an advantage
- Lawfully employable in Hong Kong;
- Able to speak fluent Cantonese, basic knowledge in English and Putonghua;
- Physically fit for handling simple labour work;
- Possess good interpersonal skills;
Responsibilities:
- To assist in enforcing the requirement of temperature check for all public upon their entry to venues;
- To assist in enforcing prevention measures related to the regulations under the Cap.599 Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance;
- To perform works related to public relations, customer services and general clerical duties;
- To answer public enquiries (Fluent in Cantonese, Basic Knowledge in Putonghua and English are required);
- To assist in monitoring the venues’ cleanliness and hygiene situations;
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Government Representative;
