  • 2 yrs working exp. in office administration

Job requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years working experience in office administration
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Fluent in Cantonese

Responsibilities:

  • To provide messenger service
  • To receive and distribute documents in the office
  • To assist in photocopying and facsimile transmission and collection
  • To provide general administrative support, including sorting files and mailing services
  • To answer public enquiries
  • To carry out other duties as assigned
