- 2 yrs working exp. in office administration
Job requirements:
- Form 5 or above, or equivalent
- At least 2 years working experience in office administration
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Fluent in Cantonese
Responsibilities:
- To provide messenger service
- To receive and distribute documents in the office
- To assist in photocopying and facsimile transmission and collection
- To provide general administrative support, including sorting files and mailing services
- To answer public enquiries
- To carry out other duties as assigned
