- Working Hours: Minimum Eight Hours per day
- At least 5 yrs working experience with at least 3 yrs of Full Time working experience of programme management and /or Venue management performance in performance arts venue
- 1 Year Contract Basis
Job requirements:
- Degree Holder or above, preferably in Arts Administration,
- At least 5 years Full-Time working experience with at least 3 years of Full Time working experience of programme management and /or Venue management in performance arts venue, museums or international conference and exhibition centres in Hong Kong
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS-Office and Chinese Word-processing
- Be able to read and write Chinese and English and Fluent in Cantonese
Responsibilities:
- To act as a coordinator for all events to be hiring facilities
- To assist other government officers to deal with noise complaints against the event to be held
- To act as a Subject Officer and liaise with hirers who are in provision of professional stage services to all hirers’ events and functions
- To co-ordinate with backstage team in provision of professional stage services to all hires’ events and functions
- To act as Duty Manager monitoring the smooth venue operation
- To manage the Front-of-House team during programmes to ensure proper running of all hirer’s events and functions
- To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers
