Job requirements:

- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in logistics & operations, preferable in multi-national trading companies or 3PL / Carriers
- Experience with Logistics IT software solution or ERP system
- Expertise in MS Excel, especially with using pivot table and formulas to handle complex database
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) application
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for logistics cost and income, fully in charge of freight rates and logistics services database
- In-charge of logistics invoices checking, verification and troubleshooting including but no limit on rates, contracts and EDI
- Ensure data accuracy in internal buying system, control special invoices and work closely internal departments for on-time payment
- Follow up various indexes (e.g. spot freight, bunker) and prepare periodic reports
- Monitor the performance of 3PL and other service providers and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Analyze market information and internal data, prepare reports to support business decisions
- Proactively identify potential supply chain issues, initiate continuous improvement and preventive projects
