Project Coordinator (HKSAR;TST)

  • 5 Days Work (Mon-Fri); Normal Working Hour (0930am-0630pm)
  • 2yrs working exp. in the ticketing industry
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Photoshop

Job requirements:

  • Hong Kong permanent resident
  • Degree holder
  • Chinese and English Language – Level 3 in HKDSE or equivalent
  • At least 2 years full-time work experience in the ticketing industry with solid hands-on experience in operating computerized ticketing system for event setup and performing function tests on computerized ticketing system
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Photoshop
  • Good at typing Chinese and English
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese


  • Assist in conducting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops and seminars related to CRM and BI and prepare meeting minutes/ progress report
  • Conduct research on Application Programming Interface (API), white labeling and enhanced functions of presenter portals applicable to new system
  • Plan and organize the ambassador scheme for the use of kiosk, provide training to the temporary staff, monitor the performance of backend contractor and carry out regular and surprise check if necessary
  • Perform any other duties assigned by senior officers
