  • Able to communicate in Chinese and simple English, to read and write Chinese and simple English

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and dispatch of documents
  • Assist in delivering publicity materials and the hanging up of banners and publicity backdrops
  • Assist in making photocopies of document
  • Provide pantry services and conduct minor cleaning work
  • Perform other indoor and outdoor manual labour work as assigned by senior officers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and senior officers
  • 負責外勤及內部文件傳遞工作,包括文件送遞、銀行入數等
  • 負責一般辦公室行政工作,包括影印、掃瞄、存檔、文件釘裝、郵寄等
  • 協助處理一般辦公室雜務, 包括安排辦公室設備、搬運物資等
  • 協助整理文件歸檔及管理文件倉庫
  • 履行上司所委派的其他工作事項
