Receptionist (Permanent Position)

  • Hunghom, Kowloon
  • Good spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Some working experience in Customer Service OR Retails or Services Industry

Job requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Good spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Professional telephone manner, strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the reception related tasks such as greeting guest, answering incoming calls, handling courier and arranging meeting rooms etc.
  • Support the office administrative work
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks
