Job requirements:
- Degree holder in History, Chinese, Cultural, Museum is an Advantage
- Grade E or Level 2 in English, Chinese and Mathematics in HKCEE or HKDSE
- At least one-year Part-time experience in museum or cultural venue is an advantage
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word-processing
- Immediately Available is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- To assist in the preparation of dismounting of permanent exhibition, including prepare object lists and labels, tailor-make packing materials, check and update object information, wrap and label the objects, help retrieve and return of objects in collection stores( in-house and off-site), and facilitate physical check of objects
- To assist in functionary testing, data checking, system monitoring and tuning for the computerized collection management systems
