Job requirements:
- Degree holder, majoring in Marketing and Design, Communication, Cultural Studies or related subjects
- HKDSE/ HKAL – Level 4/ Grade E or above in Chinese Language and Use of English
- At least one years’ full-time post-qualification work experience in digital marketing, such as social media management, graphic design, video production, etc. Former work experience in performing arts organizations and knowledge in the arts would be an advantage
- Hands-on experience in digital advertising operations. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is preferred
- Good Computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge in web developing language such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- To promote performing arts programmes across 18 districts of Hong Kong, including the 18Art Community Arts Scheme, Community Cultural Arts Programmes and large-scale carnivals via various social media platforms and more;
- To attend the aforesaid programmes, interview artists and audience members, and take photos etc to compile original social media content
- To actively reach out to potential work partners such as NGOs, government institutions and more for possible partnerships and collaborations
- To supervise the performance of advertising agency independently and develop effective communication
- To upload and maintain Office website
- To assist with design work such as preparation of publicity materials, Facebook advertisement, etc.; and
- To assist occasionally in preparing and compiling returns and reports
