Job requirements:
- Degree holder in Art, Fine Art, Art History, Visual Arts, History, Museum Studies, Cultural Studies, Art Education, Language or related subject is preferable
- HKDSE- Level 5 or above in English & Level 4 in Chinese OR
- HKAL – Grade C or above in English & Grade D Chinese OR
- CRE – Level 2 in English and Level 1 in Chinese
- 1 – 3 years experience in Art Research/ Art Project Management/ Arts Administration/ Performing Arts (Museum/ Universities/ Art Institutions) is preferable
- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficiency in computer applications like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with knowledge in English and Chinese Word-processing
Responsibilities:
- To assist in research, preparation, management, coordination, operation of art exhibition, education programs
- To assist in the research of museum collections and archives, conduct research projects
- To assist in implementing the research and compilation works for Hong Kong art related projects by collecting data, information analysis
- To support the logistics of museum exhibition, event and projects and liaise with internal and external parties to follow up on assigned projects
- To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
