13 Monthly Salary + Bonus
Job requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- At least 3 years’ working experience in logistics/ Cost Controlling , Experience in Multinational Companies OR Buying Office is an advantage
- Knowledge in full set I/E Shipping Documents/ Bookings and L/C Documentation
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong computer skill in MS Office software
- Immediate available is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily logistic costs and accounts function including cost control, accounts receivable, accounts payable and reconciliation of payable invoices with partners
- Review and monitor cash flow forecast on regular basis
- Arrange invoice for collection
- Verify the trading records and follow up with partners if any discrepancy occurred
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
