Job requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 8 years HR experience in MNC ; Some regional experience is an advantage
- To provide full spectrum of HR functions
- Be well versed in HK employment legislations and other statutory ordinances Knowledge
- Functional Knowledge on Recruitment, HR operations and business processes
- Be a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, positive attitude
- Possess high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions in HK & regional offices
- Lead a team to provide advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of HR activities
- Review and update HR policies and procedures in accordance
- Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned
