Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager (Permanent Position)

  • Hong Kong Island ; 5 Day’s Week
  • At least 8 years HR experience in MNC ; Some regional experience is an advantage

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 8 years HR experience in MNC ; Some regional experience is an advantage
  • To provide full spectrum of HR functions
  • Be well versed in HK employment legislations and other statutory ordinances Knowledge
  • Functional Knowledge on Recruitment, HR operations and business processes
  • Be a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, positive attitude
  • Possess high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions in HK & regional offices
  • Lead a team to provide advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of HR activities
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures in accordance
  • Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned
