Venue Assistant – (TST, HKSAR)

  • Working Hr. : 45hrs/week (on shift)
  • 1 yr working experience
  • English: Level 2 in CRE or equivalent; Chinese: Level 1 in CRE or equivalent

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • English Language: Level 2 in CRE OR Level 5 or above in HKDSE OR Grade C or above in HKAL
  • Chinese Language: Level 2 in CRE OR Level 4 or above in HKDSE OR Grade D or above in HKAL
  • At least 1 year working experience (experience in Arts Administration / Event Management / Marketing / social media management / copywriting / exhibition development and management is preferred)
  • Good Chinese and English word processing skills
  • Proficiency in application of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese


  • To assist in various coordination and marketing works, including video shooting, printed and digital publicity including social media platforms and website, liaison with engaged contractors / specialists, as well as editorial works of major publicity materials and exhibition
  • To assist in maintaining and updating website, including preparing publicity information such as the events promotion and the monthly event calendars and other e-promotional channels (e.g. e-magazine) etc.
  • To assist in coordination of the free and special programmes by arranging logistical and technical / stage requirements, liaising with artists and participants, venue technical / operation teams, contractors and etc. to facilitate the smooth operation of such programmes
  • To execute publicity and promotion of programmes under charge by preparing both printed and electronic publicity materials
  • To assist in administrative works, including monitoring contractors and other duties
  • To perform any other duties assigned by senior officers
